Unspoken Love Song of the Heartbroken

Are we the broken
Just unconsciously

Attracted
To the broken

Is it simply
The unspoken
Love song

Of the heartbroken

For Love is now just frozen in time

With
Arms

No longer wide open

As
Eyes now dimmed
Filled with no emotions

Pray for someone new
To bring hope in

But as tears run
Down our soft skin

Soaking
In

Like the bluest of oceans

Is it then we slowly realise

It’s simply

The oldest golden slogan

Of those

Who could never be happy

For we're the ones
Who might never be chosen

Us
Who wonder these lands

Pretending to be happy

As we go through
All gears and motions

Forever just wearing a mask

Smiling and always appearing on the outside

To be joking

But deep down inside

We hide our  eternal soul

Which is crying

As it struggles to find true love
And for now

Waits
Standing still

Quietly choking

Even In The Arms Of Heaven, They Still Return

In this turbulent storm, we are all silently walking through, I decided to share this audio book I wrote and produced for free.

For all those beautiful souls lost within its swirling winds.

Was it a dream or just another story from the other-side?
I will leave that for you to answer. Have you got 40 minutes free? Put some earphones in and have a listen. Salute. Within memories, they always return. Narrated by the wonderful, Linda Roper.

One day, I'd like to make this into a short film.
