The Voice of The Spirit Guide

Have you ever looked in that secret doorway

Within your mind

That doorway

To old memories

Of life and death

Painted in indigo blue

With light and dark

Walked within it's rooms

To witness reality

And embrace a tragic thought

Life comes in the wind

Like a beautiful pure white feather

That gets weathered by life

Until it's smothered

By greedy

Dark lords

In wigs

Until gravediggers

Are paid

To dig

Some ask

Does Heaven watch

As lives are turned to grey ash

As people cry

As they are lashed

Does he

Who sits on

Golden throne

Not care

But sit

Crafting

Warm at home

As lives burn

Like Nero's

City of

Rome

But have faith

And now know this

For as red roses

In concrete grows

The seeds of hope will be sown

And when the seasons seem

Black

For whatever reason

High in the sky

The Lord will

Applaud and clap

And send

Angels

North

To defend

You

When you

Feel under attack

Or trapped

In a Principalities dark

Traps

Or whatever

You're going through

So know

This secret

And be spiritually

Grown

Have faith

Within these words

As they are known

Whatever you feel

Or suffer

Right now

Can be outgrown

So rejoice

In the winds of time

Leave the soft sands

In that room

Close

That old doorway

To life and death

Painted in indigo blue

With light and dark

For together

We stand

Hand in hand

To face

And conquer

Whatever

Is deemed your story

For with prayer

And Gods glory

We give love to those

 We've lost

But still we rise

Tomorrow

To see the light

Of day

Whatever the cost

For those

Brave enough to enter

Their room

Of deep thoughts

Can never be bought

 Only spiritually supported

 And endorsed

By the endless

Bounties

Of the Lord

Now say after me

And don't pretend

Just whisper

My Lord

Hear my call

In times of pain

Sustain me

So your grace

Can remain

Give me courage

Guided by your Angels

Who know my name

Amen

The Call from the Land of the Black Crows

Remembering every single incredible memory

Of my old lover's name before the sun rises

Around the clock

I think is driving me slowly insane as the night sky

Seems to smile as it closes in

Each delicate syllable sung and dulcet tone

Rings and sends out such a resounding cacophony and vibration

Of such a Trinity of Love

Like a holy golden summoning bell

Been slowly rung

Emanating a frequency filled with Happiness

Togetherness

And Divinity

As it spins around in that sacred kaleidoscope

Within my mind

Memories of smiles and kindness

Laying together

Talking for hours

Lost in a mysterious stillness

About life

The universe and all things in between

Before all the cruel and unkind things in life

Came crashing in

Like Zeus's thunder and put out our beloved flame

Which we foolishly thought would be lit forever

So now I'm on this broken path

That I'm doomed to walk

Trying to forget her

Since her soul left us

Old Henry and me

The best old hound dog to sit with

Writing poetry

So Ma and Pa

I'm taking Old Henry and leaving this letter

Driving South

Heading as I'm pulled blindly

To a lonely secret location

After my own version of The Titanomachy

Towards a place deep I've seen in visions

A spot inside the darkest of unvisited woods

A place known

As in dreamland

I've been told is called

The Land of the Black Crows

In the deepest of Shadows

Where Old Gods of pagan mythology

And weary Elementals gather to watch

Unknown actors

Dressed in sharkskin

Perform a twisted version

Of Dantes's Divine Comedy

Accompanied by a lone violin

A path known only to other poor kindred souls

When they're unconsciously invited

By a strange magnetic pull

To The Land of the Black Crows

In the deepest of Shadows

To watch strange sideshows

To help dissolve their pain

After being spiritually wounded

By one of Eros's many bows

Until nothing remains

Before they too pull on the

Eternal Sharkskin suit

And take root

Centre stage as all the other broken

Stand on their seats and welcome People like old Henry and me

Into their secret house of ill-repute

A place where when painful emotions

Suddenly appear

They are shared and passed around

To be consumed like a strange-tasting forbidden fruit

By new friends

Who then use its energies

To welcome new followers

Who are brave enough

Like us two

To take up the call

And commute

Love to you

Both

Giuseppe's Letter to Sophia

Would you meet me at midnight

-

Amore Mio

-

In the Green Forests

Of The Great In-Between

-

If l lit a fire

To guide you

-

After I invited you

To meet me

-

To sit and just talk about

-

All The Mysteries

Of Life

-

Over ice

-

Like

The Trinity of Happiness

Sadness and Madness

-

The three things

Involved in all things

-

Things that could then turn into something

-

That could be so nice

-

And then to count the flashing stars

-

Shimmering from afar

-

While

Listening to real Country Music

-

Played on real guitars

-

For within this invitation

-

To Night with a Thousand Stars

Within sight

-

Our first topic of conversation would be

-

As we looked at Heaven's Endless Door

-

With

Wonder

-

Does true love even exist and live for anymore

-

And is there a chance for us

-

My Amore Mio

-

To walk upon its heavenly shore

The Watchers

Taking my turn

To look through the Scrying Glass

As my given

Time candle burns

Whenever I see

You

I miss you

Like the Sun

Misses the Moon

On a cloudy Sunday

Afternoon

Miss

Your sweet smile

As wide as a country mile

Miss

Your voice

And tender tones

To beguile

.

And as my time candle

Burns

Low

As Jerome

Nods

Waiting his go

In that brief

Nanosecond

We share a linked

Thought

That we all know

As much as the

Living miss

The Dead

We too

Miss those

Tranquil moments

Left for all

Eternity

Unsaid

Relationship Flaws

 The Human Experience

Part 1

Relationship Flaws

Into the circle of fire

I stepped

Hoping

To be baptised

With Love

And sex

Only to feel

Lonely

Used

And abused

As my

Lover

Moved on

To the next

The Reformed Soul

Last time

I saw you

Calling my way

Was the sixth

Of May

And oh lord

You had so

Much to say

Cos you

Sure loved

Complaining

Where you

At

Who you with

Time you home

But Mary

It's a leap of faith

When loves hand

You blindly take

For there's so much

Middle ground

To help forget old

Mistakes

For real hearts

Do really break

When there's no hope

Of

Escape

But from Sacramento

To the green hills

In Rome

I know I promised

To try

To

Make it home

That last night

Before our big

Fight

But little

By Little

You kept

Firing your

Lips pistols

Making

My soul itch

Like Scotch Fiddle

So here

Tonight

Now

I'm in the Great In-Between

After

Floating out of

That cold old hospital

After taking

Too much white powder

And liquor

I know I did promise

I'd visit

So

In spirit

Here I am

And in these words

Remember

That young man

The young man

You once knew

And met

In The Shady Lady Saloon

In Sacramento

On that lovely Sunday

Afternoon

Before our world

Turned black and

Blue

So I'm just calling by

To say goodbye

For Terri Anne

My spirit guide waits

To take me

To the Lords

Great Halls

To stand

Once more tall

Before my last ever

Fateful fall

Don't go blaming

Yourself

I ain't complaining

Put away those pistols

And try to stop

Hurting

This is my last kiss

Before

In that Great Hall

I pull back the red stage curtain

You'll be ok

Of this

I'm certain

Just

Remember me

The man

Who you  once met

On that

Unforgettable

Sunday afternoon

In The

Shady Lady Saloon
