A lone voice whispers

I've seen

The newly indentured

Stand

Crying

Like forever

In this endless rain

When they realise their holy dreams have died

In pain

In reflective wet

Puddles

Seen hearts

Torn out of cold sides

And laid

By the wayside

As lost souls

Daily

Struggled

Seen Antediluvian Kings

Fall and kneel

Watched cities

Of the wailing

Plead to feel

All this I've seen

And so much more

But amongst these mists

A new seat

In one of our caves

Always awaits

Its number for the

Newbie

On that door

Is always eight

Covered in a million names

It could carry your name

Like mine

Into oblivion

But if you still feel the compulsion

To do

What's right

To walk the good walk

Who knows

We

The Mytakiia

Might never see you

On any given night

To stand like

Those lost

The wailing multitude

We call the Profane

Crying

Into

This endless rain

The Lifebuoy

Emotional poetry has always struck a chord.

We all, unless we are really lucky, have endured heartbreak.

I rather still love reading this old piece.

A lone soul reminiscing while looking for a new love.

After being abandoned.

The metaphor of the circling sharks represents social media or someone's social circle.

Predators seeking new thrills regardless of someone's attachment to another.

How many relationships worldwide lie in ruin, due to a sudden behaviour change, relating to a new secret love interest?

Poetry, music, film and theatre echo these themes, relentlessly.

So here's just another heartbroken piece.

Before you ask, it doesn't relate to me.

I'm just another creative soul.

Have a great weekend.

Salute.

Title:

The Lifebuoy

Floating like a lonely lifebuoy

In a hurricane of raw emotional seas

That defied all known physics

In a secret version of The Pacific

Known only to the Kataai

Where we were both drowning in

A New Stone Age

Created by critics

Our version of the Mesolithic

With happiness and pain

Written and carved across

Our souls

In shed blood and tears

Like unfathomable Egyptian hieroglyphics

You floated my way

One day

And with soft lips

And tender eyes

Held me with

Tightened fingers

As my lifebuoy

Kept us

Both afloat

You whispered

Secrets to me

To help me cope

As I to you

Secrets

Mystery Schools

Would beg to hear

Stories

Hopes

Fears and dreams

We floated in that sea

In between worlds

For what seemed forever

You and me

Clasped so tightly

Together

In that crazy weather

But deep below

Great sharks

Were circling

Leviathan's of

All that creeps

My lifebuoy held

Strong

Though

Chained

To the bottom

Of that rough sea

Your grip firm

But then

You slipped

A voice

Caught your eye

In the near distance

And in that instance

Wet with that sea

You just floated away

From me

Watching with saddened eyes

As I slowly floated by

I remember

Looking at you

On the crest of that huge Nazare wave

That suddenly appeared

And screaming

Over that ocean

Of neverending undulating

Emotions

"Love given freely

When accepted in any known form

Should be cherished

No matter how long

Or wrong

No guilt attached

For in that moment

Always remember the magic of that song

Our song

That helped us float

Together

In that moment

Forever

A sonnet

We both once heard

No matter how tragic"

If I remember

In reply

You just smiled

Then disappeared

Forever

When that old familiar fire

Of ours

In your eyes

Died

And I floated away

Alone

To never again

Cry

Just another

Bobbing red and white

Lifebuoy

Looking for another

To meld with

To reach

Me

In that secret version of The Pacific

With memories of your soft

Fingertips and sweet smiles

That once held me

Glorious stories

And all those magical things

That once created a love song

That now still plays

So beautifully

Slowly

Like Beethoven's

Moonlight Sonata

As it heals

Somewhere

Deep

Within me

As I still float

Alone and lost at sea

The September Voice

Buy a white silk ribbon

My love

Lay it on your new glass dresser

And light a candle near it and

Visualise all our cherished memories

Together

Within it

Tie it

Into a sacred bow

And then gently put it under

One of our favourite pillows

That way

We'll sleep together

Every night

Real close

Like we used to do

For our love is stronger than death

And lasts beyond the grave

And it's how I

Now a lone survivor

Waiting in one of Gods

Repentance Caves

Continue

Continue in hope

With my beloved memories of you

Lighting my way

Through this firefly-lit blackness

With all the crazy things

We once used to do

Oaths of Allegiance

 (A lone voice whispers)

Press play before reading.

Salute.

White candlesticks and incense

We burn

In this
Divine silence

Low tempo music
We play in this

Our secret temples

Praying to you
For sacred guidance

Gifts of
Oaths of Allegiance

We offer
In defiance

Of this life's
Ever increasing violence

Like trinkets of gold

On this

Our old
Alabaster altar stone

Blessings of lost dreams
Shining with such gleam

Oh, Christo
We call to you

See us
From beyond the swirling grey smoke

Speak to us

Within the rise of morning sun

And the fall of the midnight moon

Whisper your insights into us

In morning or night

As slow drum beats
Of seconds and minutes

Bow in defeat

Breathe into us

New hope

For we are but life's many dancers

Who calls for their Father
As children

Praying and singing for glory

So that when you see or hear our stories

Of the painful days

You'll show us a new way

So today

We burn
Frankincense and myrrh

Sage and sandalwood

To be sent up
Like beacons of fidelity

Into the fresh air

Infused with prayers to renew

To help us
Live again

So Father
Look upon us with favour

And
Savior

Walk once more within our deep dreams

From the hidden spaces in between

Oh, Great Father
We beseech thee

Free us from the
Curse of Violence in Men

With this prayer of praise

Amen

The Call of The Saquestia

My life ended

At a quarter past three

When she came

My collector

Mary Lee

From Germany

The churchyard bells

Loudly rung

Old hymns and love songs

Were beautifully sung

As I watched my wake

High on a hill

Below

Sat under a grand old oak

In the late November cold snow

I tried to say

It couldn't be true

Mused

I still lived

With so much more to give

But

My collector

Mary Lee

From Germany

Said

The Elementals

With fevered breath

Wait to savour your prose

So bid goodbye

To all those you see

Or know

For as the sun still shines

You are now one of the dead

Marked by the Elder Futhark Rune

Uruz

By secretive rulers

Of you and me

So take my hand and

Wave goodbye to your old life's teachers

For The Saquestia

Awaits us

By the Golden Pole

That never rusts

Where the thoughts

Of the living

Can never reach us

Dreams of Deta Falcone

(A lone voice whispers.)

My old love

You were like a rare silver daffodil

Blooming so beautiful

On the beaches of life

A husk filled with such unquenchable desire

Lit by a strange hypnotic yellow fire

A world of visceral emotional words to be explored

If one gained access

To walk

Upon those sacred shores

From wild

Primitive passions

To last throughout

Four unforgettable nights

To acts of pure divinity

To ignite all those

Privileged to be

Within sight

With ruby-red lips

To mystify and own

To dark eyes

To drown in

To atone

Hurricanes

Used to

Call your name

As did

Salt circles

In darkness

By those

With no name

But to me

You were just my

Deta

The complete queen

Who ran down my taxi

Meter

A princess born

On the streets

But brave enough

To follow

Where her heartbeats

Took her

God

I miss you

Your smile

Jokes

And that perfume you

Loved

That expensive rare one

That smelt like smoke

I had a visit

Late last night

From someone

I couldn't see

He said

You and me

Would walk on those shores

Once more

That hidden choirs would sing

Crowds of angels

Will gather

As golden bells

Ring

But here's the thing

It would take my death

To bring us together

Again

In five days

Two hours

And ten minutes

I should prepare

For Deta

Awaits

To be seen

On those

Yellow shores

Once again

Smiling

In silence

In

The Great In-Between

And who am I

To keep her

Waiting

A voice in the dark whispers

Look up
Not down

And avoid been drawn
Into spiritual degradation

Or dark temptations
Linked to flesh

By the Red Dragon

But to blue clouds
Filled with sacred tetragons

With belief held
In-Depth

For the son of Cronus and Rhea

Brother of Zeus and Poseidon

Grows ever near

To welcome you
Into his waterless

Barren landscapes
Of no escape

Delighting in your unimaginable fear

So be
Precipitous
And look up

To defeat the rolling
Abyss

The dreaded merry-go-round ruled over by Hades

Hidden
Within

Its deep mists

Espouse goodness
While you still
Live

Like a sweet Valentine's Day kiss

And avoid
The Void

Filled with those
Who now pay a hefty
Price

But enter instead
When your bell is rung

Into new lands of
Paradise and fun

With your selfless acts
Of kindness and self-sacrifice

For compassion and valour

Amongst others

Has always been the spiritual mechanical devices

Linked to our entry tickets

If you're willing to pay the asking price

To avoid been marked by St. Peter

As one of the wicked

Eternal Lovers

There's a woman

I love

A gift from above

A mystery

A rare conjunction of stars

Who sends me letters

Proclaiming

We are beings

Born in regal symmetry

Souls

Blessed by God

But by the dark powers

Of Duality

Apart

In this lifetime

A hard choice made

And taken

Before birth

Where we agreed

To feel the true

Power

Of a broken heart

Here on Planet Earth

For we know

When we die

We are transformed

Back into angelic beings

Beyond the norm

Who make hard

Choices

Before

We are reborn

As we

Together

Climb up

Gods ladders

To be finally

Recalled

It's why I call

To her

In the silence of sleep

For I've been recalled

So do not weep

For we are eternal lovers

Not strangers

In bustling streets

If you're reading this

Mon Cher

I'll be waiting for a hug

Underneath the blue lamppost

Where our two

Dimensions

Meet

The Rebel

Into the Third Ether

He came

Fearlessly

Bestowed with

A majestic spiritual name

And so

Into the First Ether

He now gloriously remains

After conquering

All his mortal pain

Non-conformity

Dreams of Idh-yaa

Part 2 of Channeling H.P. Lovecraft.

(A lone voice whispers)

 Her ruby eyes

When she appeared knocking softly on my front door

Wore me out instantaneously with revolving shadows

Blooming with mystical colours of deep dreams

Echos of an unexplored multiverse

A place where unfulfilled desires and cravings linked to lust

Could be so easily dissolved and resolved

They whispered of archaic realms

Revolving around humanity

Like old satellites unseen

Twinkling with sparkling obsidian dust infused with a fervent red shimmer

Of something transmigrational

Something so mysterious and sensuous

That when she suddenly willed it to appear

You could sense it would be utterly insatiable

Her smile carried a hidden memorandum and invitation

That was inescapable

For with one look

You knew her courage was unshakable

She appeared to me like a ghost in the night

Offered me a sharp drink

To sink before our libidos began to fight

Her real name was truly a mystery to me

As I wait impatiently by the fireplace

At The Shadow and The Key

For her return

But when I pause and reflect

Will I ever learn
And like so many before me

Will I come to eventually understand

That she's just one of the many saboteurs

Sent by the hidden Masters at Arms

Like wild-eyed birds as this world turns

Or am I just another blind fool

Looking for love

As the world stands at one minute to midnight

Before everything goes nuclear and everyone burns
