Ejon’s Tale
1129AD
6 am

In the midnight garden
Where all the dwellers of the in-between parallel worlds
Hide

Just another brief mystery of time

Like written in the first book of Adam and Eve
Or  even  Lilith's

We ran wildly and carefree like Huckleberry Finn
Into that old world's beautiful Sin

Angels do not play Harps
Where I now lie
As I both laugh and cry

Like in the
APOCALYPSE OF MOSIS

I no longer breathe
For in the end
Everyone loses

Lost beyond the light barrier
Lost between two ages

I now stand now in front of the great
White Gates
Of the Master of All Hidden Places

I still whisper your secretive name
You know

Praying inwardly it carries
My silent words to you
Wherever you go

As I alone walk the lone trail
Of the Last Circle

Using my Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis
As my guide

As my love still
Lives
Just looking for her to freely
And willingly give

There can be no magic without tears
Some say
No love without experiencing
Tragedy

For are we not
 All but masquerading angels
For all to see

But in our deep inner core
Those who can see
Know the deepest of
Such truths

We sometimes
Whisper in our own
Dark wooden
Metaphorical
Confessional Booths

And it’s why I still search
These Great Lands
To find
Thee

It may be a new murder by
Rejection
As I now knock
The long deep knock
On these great gates

Singing a lullaby
As I burn away more hidden chords of time

Lost in heartbreak's delicious feast

Remembering
When You were just mine

But like all the dark mysteries
Connected with the Holy Grail

Maybe this time around

I won't fall on my knees
Buckle under and fail.

Because you've got power
Power over me.
