A Man called Sunday

 Press play before reading. Salute.

A lone voice whispers

As I look back on the many years of my old life

Thinking of my Mama and you

Before trouble came waving that so sharp knife

I can see how I came to life through a form of Motherly sacrifice and deep Love

But I've died inside so many darn times looking for Real Love

Now I've lost you too

It now just hurts too much

When I feel the soft tender fingers of Love

As she returns to

Open her Remembrance Book

My heart still clings on to and clutches

A Red Remembrance Book to remind me as I re-learn

She is so beautiful and soul changing

Whenever I think of my beloved mother and you

No matter how hot her flames sometimes burns
