The Lady in the Falling Rain

Press play and let the music wash over you as you read.
Salute.

I may not hold all the worldly
Answers and
I may not hold all the golden or
Silver keys

But if she visits
Me again tonight
Within my deep
Visceral dreams

Standing
Once more quietly in the
Ethereal falling rain

As I watch quietly
From my own mystical
Doorway

Seeing her again
Like a wild dark feather

Tempestuously
Swirling in the ephemeral
Five winds

May God bless my heart
To suddenly dance

Knee deep
In deep sea's of emotional
Transformation

Baptised and anointed
By a secretive
Consummation

Of longing between our
Locked four eyes

My heart may break
Within that mysterious realm

If I don't take my chance

Would I feel
Spent and
Just look the other way

I always ask my higher self

But deep within
My hidden White Room
Where I alone
Sometimes sit

Deep down

I always know
The omnipresent truth and
Bathe within its
Self-imposed answers

For
I see her in my all my
Day-dreams
And
Who knows not what it means

The good winds of change
Will once again blow

For until then

I’ll keep sending her
Soul-strengthening prayers
And evocative poetry

A means to cherish
Those silent sultry exchanges
Between two enamoured beings

For
It's up to me
To reclaim and write

Proclaiming the flow

For
She now appears
In the deep recesses of
All my hidden compartmentalised Rooms

Of my hypnotised mind

Like a Crow haired
Goddess

Standing majestically
I always see her face
in the early falling
Rain

Her dark opulent eyes
And contagious musings

Always holds me
Mesmerised and so so still
but I never fight

For I just adore the electricity
The scent
The musk and soul-freeing thrill

She always undresses me
With light but strong fingers

Tracing magnificent stories and
To die for
Words upon my warrior
Dark skin

Interchangeable
With light invisible touches

Her dark spirit eyes
Ravishingly devours
Every inch of me completely
And there she always is

Standing alone
In the
Great In-between

In Little Rock
Staring and watching
In a darkened bedroom
My Astral Eyes

Always see

Forever
Waiting

Does she want me to sweep
Her off her dainty feet

To
Escape to newer streets
So far away

Lay entwined in bed all day
Sipping expensive champagne

Under the rising
Roaring
Wolf moon

As our hearts beat in a
Strange symbiotic unison
And like a heavenly symphony

Constantly sing

Hidden gloriously
Within dark green
Swaying pines

Buried deep within

Strange cities and old streets
Surrounded by hollowed out men
And busy women

My soulmate
Lady and preordained
Rebirth

Voluptuous and seductive

I hope she
Visits me again
Tonight

For this time
As she blinks

Wiping away those
Pearlescent white

Tears of need

And still stands staring at me
Through rain swept eyes

Before she goes
I secretly know what she
Already knows

Her eyes
Will no longer weep with
Clear pearlescent tears
Of yearnings

But of a secretive symphony of
Inescapable joy

For this time
This time around

I’ll be her forever
Young
Lost Boy

We’ll smile briefly

Hold rain swept hands
In the falling storms
Of humanity

Pause and look around
To see if anyone’s watching

Then quietly kiss gently upon
Hungry fevered lips
And just disappear

Forever
