Greed is the root of Evil

With vacant empty stares and desolate soul crushing goals

They who love to stand on podiums to talk and preach

Those who'd like to paint the globe in anxious red paint

Creating drum beats of suspicion to all within their reach

And then instruct mandates

And instructions

That could make a sane man faint

Pretending they aren't tainted

Corrupt or even classed as crazy

But in reality

The masses now wilfully mesmerised and gleefully enrolled

Are just restrained like prisoners in orange jumpsuits

By those they've put in control

Because of this and their devoted followers

Who through social media

Feel they can openly criticise

Whilst on patrol

This continuous talk of death and fear

The threat of shedding so many unfortunate tears

Makes them listen to those issuing instructions even more

But beyond the limitations of all that seemingly hypnotising

Fear

There is still hope

Hope in the divine knowledge

Of a new freedom

Once we go outside their strict walls and rigid ramblings

Breaking free from their cleverly crafted paradigms

Linked to isolation and confinement

War and subjugation

Trying to mentally imprison all those poor souls listening

As they read from their new

Dead Sea Scrolls

We can each still create a new kingdom of our own

By keeping our faith and looking between the lies

Whilst tearing up labels and testimonies from those corrupted dark trolls

Just following hidden instructions

From the hidden ghouls

Who are really in the know

Members of secret societies whose motto is simply

Money and greed

What they do not know is

"Radix Malorum Est Cupiditas"

A Biblical quotation in Latin
Which means "greed is the root of evil"

Will be the mantra of the Devils Men when they come

And all they'll hear when their time is called

And to 9th Circle

Be driven by the hell hounds

As they are recalled

Where they'll suffer into eternally

When their pitiful souls

Over hot coals are hauled

Keep the faith
Better days are coming your way

Your life has never been just another commodity

That can be easily bought and sold

If you never agree
to put it up for sale

Whispers in the Night

There's a tale

I have to tell

Now I'm dead

To her

And in

The City of Dis

Living in Hell

A love

Which once bloomed

Like a white rose

In every given room

Is now my grave

Inscribed with golden

Letters

Mortal Man

You are doomed

To lay restless

In your tomb

Love will no longer visit

And you are now marked

To always

Miss it

So although

I'm alone

Now rotting in my

Version of Hell

I'm glad

I got a chance to tell

How love once got me

Under its spell

Then smiled

As I fell through the

Endless depths and old

Portals

Of its Dystopian Hell

With my soul

Crying

As I entered

The New Genesis

Of being Immortal

Angel

 Candles lit

In brazier pit

Music playing

As offerings

Lay

Burning

Guardians in

The Great In-Between

Guard us

And our kin

From all unseen

Yellow lights

Bound

Around our homes

To guard against ghouls

From loosened tombs

We pray

For astral protection

In all our rooms

As

Candles lit

In brazier pits

Burn

With

Music playing

As

Sandalwood

Offerings

Used for devotional

Angelic magic

Lay

Burning

We call to you

For protection

As the

Great Wheel

Keeps turning

Amen

The Song of Argento

Press play before reading.

Salute.

With your last breath

Of the midnight hour

Will you hear

The musical call

From my Bacchic

Celebration towers

Will you join my

Unashamed company

Going past

To a new world

Of neverending pleasures

That will forever last

Where sensuous music

With wild voices

Will put your soul

At risk

With its seductive noises

Make your Fate

Close its ivory gates

Forever

No longer to lament

But to courageously

Welcome me

In

To pitch my tent

With my powers of enchantment and pleasure

As my kin

That will seem

Heaven sent

To those that

Seek love

And intimate sin

A contradiction

Of above and below

For I know

When all lascivious

Tensions must go

So shed your hubris and pomposity

As you

To me

Are led

The Golden Goddess of all

Exiles

To a place

Where purple butterflies

Die

So

With your last breath

In this midnight hour

Will you hear

The musical call

From my Bacchic

Celebration towers

With this poetic

First Kiss

And join my

Unashamed company

Going

To new worlds

Of neverending pleasures

That will forever last

Where sensuous music

Sung with wild voices

Will put your soul

At risk

With its seductive noises

And make your Fate

Close its own

Ivory gates

Forever

No longer to lament

But courageously

Welcome me

In

To pitch my tent

With powers of enchantment and pleasures

That will seem

Heaven sent

A contradiction

Of above and below

For I know

Where all your lascivious

Tensions can go

So shed your hubris and pomposity

As you

To me

Are led

The Golden Goddess

Of all Exiles

Living in the

Great In-Between

A place

Where purple butterflies

Die

As tattooed souls

Wallow and cry

Come to me

Come to me

Darkness & Light

Darkness & Light

In these dark times

Keep your faith

As

Some Antenoraians

In hidden

Silence

Gather to

Pray for violence

In uneven lines

With Caiphas

The dark priest

In the Lost City of Dis

In The Far East

For the world

To taste

A Malebolge sour kiss

The Sowers of Scandal

As their many

Followers

Of the Three-Headed Beast

Soon to be

Living by The Great Lake of Cocytus

The gateway to a soulless Judecca

The dark wells of fire and ice

To be with their God

Who pays with cursed gold

In the form of all you desire

Only to entrap those into sin

To burn in the eternal fire

As the Great Battle

Continues

Into eternity

As angels

Of Light

Led by Archangel Michael

Slowly

Win

In long nights

Keep your faith

As the Darkness

Crusades

Will soon

Fade

Memories

Love

Doesn't greave

Even if it ends

In tears

As one leaves

Love

Doesn't greave

For once

Willingly

Received

It just hides

To come out at dusk

Called to play by

Our emotions

Voices and memories

Of ones

We once loved

With trust

So you see

Love

Doesn't greave

That's why

Like a rare diamond

My memories of you

Will never turn to dust

Whispers

 Mesmerised

As my generational powers

Show me you
In vivid lucid dreams

Not where
You've been
Or things you've seen

But you
Alas now absent

And as I lie down lonely
And broken

In here
Thinking of your absence

In The Great In-Between

No longer to lay
Speak with
Or hold thee

In my gifted dreams
When I see thee

I know my candle still burns

Somewhere
In you

As it burns
Within me
As I move around

For what powerful thing can ever be found

To burn you alive

What thing
That has it's own sound and ministry

Than a deep dream
Of a spiritual bond

Beyond
Infinity

Or the shelf life of uranium-235
That thrives

As it slips into high gears
In The Great In-Between

And makes your soul
Vibrate in familiar frequencies

Ending in a heart-stopping crescendo

As your emotional tears
Enters
Hyperdrive

Are you awake yet? The Lockdown Years.

The last few years were so interesting.

Mandates after mandates.

Restrictions and dancing medical staff.

Companies providing poor corrupt services at a great cost.

Title:

Are you awake yet? The Lockdown Years.

(A lone voice whispers)

Is it nearly past the first week of October in 2023

And have all those invisible tears

 Linked to emotional streams

Started falling again

Overwhelming you

Are you relieved from leaving

All those sad covid days

Gone past

That seemed to forever

Linger and last

Like an unwanted preacher

Who's a religious outcast

Is it mysteriously silent

Before the Wild Hunt begins

And do the freeways

Beneath your shadowy bedroom window sills

Chime with the sounds

Of the hounds of the Baskervilles

Roaming the metaphorical Berkshire foothills

Crying aloud

Sending out echoes

Of a sense of impending doom

Subjugating that very small bedroom

Does the scent of a new escape

From that old oblivion of 2022

Haunt and follow you

Like a ghoul

Covered in pagan impressions

Magical Symbols of The Great Work

Only known about through

Absolution and confession

Old feelings of Hell

Been dissolved by all your five senses

In each second

As they fight for their own liberating rights

Of succession

Rounding up calls for a new rebirth

Invoked in prayers

Sent up to Heaven

Do you still dream of enjoying your old freedoms

Which are now deemed by those sitting up high in society

As forbidden

A sacred place

Where those wild untameable horses

Of your innermost obsessions and yearnings

Can be openly ridden

Into a new ever-expanding kingdom

As you pray for divine salvation

And a new altar to build upon

What says you

Will you sit back and blindly

Capitulate

Or open your eyes

To see corruption and lies

To march

Fight back against oppression and dictatorship

And retaliate

The letter left behind

 The letter left behind

The scene.

A badly damaged house.

The front door.

Wide open.

Broken.

Furniture in disarray.

A dark stain on the door threshold and a letter.

Wrapped in a red bow on a side table.

The investigating detective picks it up and reads.

-------

Well it's been

A few years

And

The Great Dragon is at the door

Banging hard

Like only Count Dracul could

So before

He breaks it down

And I welcome

Him in

To pay

For my sins

Touch

Wood

Here are

My last words

Before

I'm turned

Life is hard

Then we all die

So

If someone once

Shared their light

Don't hate them

And cry

You may never know

What they were going

Through

So in those special moments

Of reflection

Put your judgment aside

And embrace those memories

When they first came

Your way

Even though

Your not friends

Today

Because one day

One day

They'll disappear

Somewhere

Unknown

Where the Starlings don't

Play

And you'll never

Get to say

What you really

Want to say

The Lonely Poet

An old Google Plus post.

---------

The Lonely Poet

If you saw me standing lonely in fields of gold

Would you still embrace me forever and stay with me to grow old

If you saw me in a diamond-filled pool

Would you ignore them all but embrace this lonely old fool

If you saw me sitting on a cash-filled settee

Would you just rush to pick up the money or just sit next to me

I am just testing the waters

My grandma
Old June always said
I aught too

I'm just a simple guy
I only have one or two lines

Do you want to wander down to the lush green meadows

And under that broken old oak tree

Read and compose some of life's greatest intimate moments
And make our own divine poetry

Would you then notice me
